...with a dose of CUTENESS!
Since it was, oh, ONLY like 38 degrees during our shoot last month, this family and I decided to meet up again to get some (much warmer) shots minus the chattering teeth. Here is my WINTER POSTER BOY and his adoring parents, rockin' the Frisco Library!

Here is a day in the life of my child who is no longer a baby. I'm pouting on the outside, because I occasionally miss the days when she was so small she would melt into me...but on the inside, I am so darn proud of my girl who is now a kid. She is the coolest thing since Diet Dr. Pepper.
And yes, her eyes do naturally look like that. Anyone who has seen Mills in person can attest to that fact! I have to brag and say that she truly is that stunning. So, now you are supposed to tell me that she looks exactly like her mommy, and I am supposed to blush and say things like, "P-shaw" and thank you as if I had not conspired to produce compliments at all. Oh, Lord, I think I ate too much chocolate again. Have a great weekend, and I'll catch ya on Monday! Hugs!
When Bobby and I went on our first date, he asked me what my favorite food was. In a matter-of-fact way, I said, "Ketchup," as if that was a totally normal and common favorite food. I wasn't lying.
My relationship with ketchup extends far back into my adolescence...once my taste buds were alive and kickin', I realized that ketchup was the most brilliant food (NOT condiment, in my book) ever created. My friend from high school, Robin, even drew a picture of me hugging a bottle of ketchup, and she will attest to my affinity for the stuff.
It's fantastic! You can put it on anything. Or, you can eat it alone, a la the little boy in Adam Sandler's movie, Big Daddy. I thought that kid was so cool. Who knew I would end up with a little 30-packets of ketchup lovin' girl myself? Here is Mills, enjoying the ecstasy that is ketchup.
Yeah, now that Valentine's Day is over, you think you are gonna avoid sweets for a while? Uh-huh. Sure. I don't think so. Not gonna happen. Why not, you ask? 'Cause Juxtapose Photography is making you ride the dessert train a bit longer, folks.
Here is a little sack of sugar that just turned 1! Happy Birthday, Sweetheart, and Congrats to her parents for raising such a beautiful, kind, fun baby girl!

On Saturday, I had a super fun session with this couple. They seem like newlyweds, yet they have been married for 7 years! So in love, and so yin & yang. They are true opposites...he is very calm, polite, reserved, focused, and she is well, more like me. =) She needs to just put him in a suitcase and go to Hollywood because she is freakin' hilarious and her laughter is infectious. They couldn't be more different, but they work. It is beautiful to see the balance before your eyes. She adores him, and she is his FUNNY VALENTINE.

Though it was chilly outside, we got it done! Thanks, Miss Wendy, for looking so graceful even though your teeth were chattering!
