Mom & Pop-to-Be!

Here are Stephanie & Tim, perhaps the sweetest and most easy-going clients I have ever worked with.  Thanks to their amazing friend (in Boston, no less) Megan, I had the wonderful chance to meet them and get to know them and delight in their excitement of their baby boy, Jake, who is ALMOST HERE!

We had a ball (pun intended, since Tim is a pro baseball player) today, and it was SUCH a homerun of a session.  We pigged out on popcorn (Steph's fave food) from Mom & Popcorn in Downtown McKinney, strolled around the square, and then hung out with a herd of crazy kids at a neighborhood park.  SCORE!  Thanks, Megan, for setting this up, and thanks to Steph and Tim for just being so darn cute.  Can't wait to meet Jake!  (Feel free to click on the images to make them bigger...they look bettah!)

Country Time

This couple and I stirred up some fun out in the country at Storybook Ranch last Saturday.  We made an ice cold pitcher of pink lemonade in honor of their just-about-ready-to-pop-out baby girl, and it was delish!

They read to their belly bump as well as the farm animals...Baby Animals is the DaVinci Code of Baby Lit...it's on every must-read list!

These lovebirds took a stroll around the ranch and had what I like to call some "mommy-daddy time".

What a hot mommy!  AND, she's sassy and full of personality to boot!

"Brad Pitt" (as I like to call him) had his fill of the spotlight, so the focus came back to mom...and boy, is she a beauty!

Thanks so much for a fun time out at the ranch...I can't wait to meet your baby girl!  Muah to the bump!

There's No Place Like Home

Just lookin' through my favorite ice cream eatin' mommy-to-be's image files, and this one just grabbed me.  She looks so sweet and thoughtful and gentle as she anticipates her baby boy's homecoming.  It is so special to me that this was taken in what will be the baby's nursery...his HOME. 

He gets to develop her identity in that room!  How amazing is THAT, when you think about it?  I wish this hot mommy and her hubby the best...they are going to be super parents, I can just feel it.  Can YOU feel it?   If so, leave a comment and let me know so I can pass your words on to her as she gears up for the big dance!

Pickles & Ice Cream...Literally.

Had a blast of a maternity session yesterday with a Kate Hudson/Reese Witherspoon lookalike!  The 34-week old bump (it's a boy!) was a delight to work with, as was his mommy.  = )

Not only was this future mommy a total blonde bombshell, she was glowing!  Maybe it is because her pregnancy has been a breeze, and she really has only had to deal with cravings for pickles & Dutch Chocolate ice cream.  Oh, and jalapenos.  But we can overlook that, right?!  Here she is...meet the baby momma!
